Welcome to Shark Apparel. By accessing or purchasing from sharkapparel.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Shark Apparel is a South African limited-drop streetwear brand operating exclusively online at sharkapparel.store. All transactions are governed by South African law.

2. Products & Availability

All products are sold on a strictly limited-run basis. Once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change. The price at checkout confirmation applies to your order.

4. Orders & Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates only. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Limited edition and sale items are non-returnable. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. See our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, designs, graphics, text, and images — is the exclusive property of Shark Apparel. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Shark Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
