Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria: 2–3 business days
- Other areas: 3–5 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
Fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping on orders over R750.
Courier
We ship via Pudo and other reputable South African couriers. A tracking number will be sent via email once dispatched.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unclaimed parcel, re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date if your order is damaged or missing: hello@sharkapparel.store. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
International Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only.
