Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and proof of purchase provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale or Limited Edition
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original tags
- Accessories (caps, hats)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos: hello@sharkapparel.store. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
How to Return
- Email hello@sharkapparel.store with your order number and return reason
- We confirm eligibility and provide return address within 2 business days
- Ship the item back (tracked service recommended) at your cost
- Refund or exchange processed within 5 business days of receipt
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are offered subject to availability. If the requested size is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. You retain all statutory rights under South African law.
